Restaurateurs, George and Tammy Couto of Season’s of Oakville have just opened Corks their newest restaurant located in the HEART OF DOWNTOWN OAKVILLE. Corks restaurant is a small plate, Tapas restaurant and the first of its kind to downtown Oakville. The small plate menu was designed with Spanish, Portuguese and Italian influences. Featuring plates from $5-$19 and showcasing a wide range of delicious choices. Including: Charcuterie plates, Spanish seafood Paella, Cod Crochets, scallops crevice and the CORKS sliders and selection of mini burgers, Featuring a unique array of Spanish, Italian and Portuguese wines by the bottle and an equally good variety by the glass. All desserts are made from scratch and in-house. Corks is a 40 person cozy restaurant with a wonderfully positioned outdoor patio with a view of the trendy shops perfect for dining. Casual apparel is perfect and reservations on the weekend are recommended. Corks is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinners.
