We were congratulating Cameron's Brewing Company back in July when they won big at the Ontario Brewing awards. Well, they've done it again but this time on a national level. Cameron's Oak-Aged Release beer won silver in the Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer category at the 2011 Canadian Brewing Awards. Beer is judged on five criteria: aroma, appearance, flavour, mouth-feel and over-all impression.  Congratulations Cameron's Brewing Company on your Silver Medal win!
